The 2nd Combat Engineer Regiment (2CER) is an Australian Army modular Engineer Regiment trained for sapper/combat Engineer operations. 2 CER’s lineage is traced back to 7th Field Company (7 Fd Coy).  The Regiment is located in Enogerra as part of the 7th Brigade.

The Regiment is composed of:
• Regiment Headquarters
• 2nd Combat Engineer Squadron
• 7th Combat Engineers Squadron
• 11th Combat Engineer Squadron
• 24th Support Squadron
• Operational Support Squadron
