ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS

  1. PayPal – for both International & Domestic transactions
  2. Bank Deposit – for Domestic transactions only
  3. Money Order  – for Domestic transactions only
  4. Credit Card – Via phone providing  card number, expiry date and CVV detail

Notes:

  1. EFTPOS facility IS NOT AVAILABLE
  2. ADF establishments may use credit cards – will require card number, expiry date and CVV number.

SHIPPING AND RETURNS

We process orders as quickly and carefully as possible and do all we can to ensure your items arrive in good condition and on time. However, we are not carriers, therefore, we cannot be expected to accept responsibility for postal service delays.

All delivery dates are estimates only. No liability is accepted for guarantees made by any third-party shippers.

Local custom and excise charges are the purchaser’s responsibility.

1. NON-DELIVERY OF GOODS

In the case of an order not being delivered, we need to be notified within 30 days of the product being shipped by us.

All responsibility must be taken by the purchaser to supply the correct shipping address. If the fault is determined to be that of bpcmilitaria.com.au, a refund will be given. All other items which do not arrive or do not arrive by an expected date are dealt with on a case by case basis, and may or may not involve a refund or re-issue at the sole discretion of bpcmilitaria.com.au.

2. DEFECTIVE OR MISSING ITEMS

In the case of a defective or missing item, we need to be notified within 30 days of the product being shipped by us.

Issues regarding items determined to be defective or missing are dealt with on a case by case basis. At our sole discretion, bpcmilitaria.com.au may agree to re-issue the item. Re-issues may be subject to a further shipping charge unless the fault is unambiguously that of bpcmilitaria.com.au.

3. SHIPPING OPTIONS

Self Choice Postage Options

We take no responsibility for any items mishandled, lost or damaged by Australia Post once posted and while in transit.

As we are obliged to conform to eBay requirements, ALL items will be sent either by Registered Post letter/padded bag or by tracked Australia Post Satchels within Australia.

As Registered Post will only cover to a maximum of AUD100 (or up to the ITEM VALUE) Extra Cover for loss/damage may be obtained on request.

Domestic Services (Destinations within Australia)

RP-1              Registered Post (standard)             $5.50

EPS500         Express Post Satchel  500g             $11.50

International Services (Overseas Destinations)

SPOS-1         Standard Tracked to 250g at AUD25.00

Note.1:    Extra Cover and Registered options are not available to all destinations. Please contact us should you require these services.

Note.2:    A variety of options are available, however, type, service and destination will determine total cost.
